Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive from Wake and King Cake. If, for whatever reason, that doesn't happen, then we're here to help.  

Wake and King Cake accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase for a full refund, excluding original shipping cost.  If Wake and King Cake is not at fault, customers must pay for return shipping.

If you received incorrect or damaged merchandise, contact Wake and King Cake immediately within 48 hours of arrival to be granted exchange or return.

Certain items are "final sale" items as noted on the website. On final sale items, once we ship the item, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the product that was sent to you was damaged or did not conform to your order in terms of size or other material respect.

Refunds can only be issued using the original form of payment.  Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
